When Gary Lewis founded Tropical Landscape Maintenance in 1977, he wanted to create a full-scope lawn service company that would rise to meet any situation. The rest, as they say, is history! Tropical has enjoyed steady growth over the years and is no stranger to the commercial industry. “Our very first maintenance programs were geared to Broward and Palm Beach county’s small office buildings,” comments Gary Lewis. “Today we handle just about everything: master planned communities, business complexes, industrial parks, 50+ acre common grounds, restaurants, banks, apartment complexes you name it. However, we have never forgotten the property managers who supported us from the very start. Most of which are still good customers of ours.”
